Who these terms are with

This website, and the App in a Day workshop it sells, is run by Precise Impact Ltd, registered in England and Wales at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, company number 15244656. Where these terms say "we" or "us", it means that company. By using this site, or booking a place, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A place at App in a Day, 17 November 2026, 9am–5pm, at The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa. One ticket covers one place in the room. The price is £297 + VAT, shown inclusive of VAT as £356.40 at checkout. Places are limited to 20.

Booking and payment

Bookings are taken and paid for through Stripe, our payment provider. Your place is confirmed once payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation. Stripe emails you a VAT receipt straight after you pay, made out to the business name and VAT number (if given) you provide at checkout.

Refunds, transfers and cancellations

Because App in a Day is a leisure and training service delivered on a specific date, the 14-day cancellation right that usually applies to something bought online does not apply to this booking. That is set out in regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which excludes services related to leisure activities where the contract is for a specific date or period of performance.

We do not offer refunds. You can transfer your place to a colleague at any time: let us know their name before the day.

If we have to cancel or materially change a workshop for reasons outside our control, we will offer you a place at a replacement workshop. If we are unable to run one for you at all, we will refund what you paid.

Using this website

You can look at this site, try the six demos, and use the forms on it, for your own business purposes. You must not try to disrupt the site, copy it to represent it as your own, or use the forms to send us anything false, harmful or intended to abuse them.

The demos, and what they show

The six worked examples on this site are real working demonstrations, built with AI in under a day, of the kind of thing App in a Day can produce. They illustrate the App in a Day process. They are not products we sell, they are not built for any named client, and no client names, testimonials or figures on this site are invented. Anything still to be confirmed is marked, as this page's own unconfirmed details are.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud: UK law never allows a business to exclude those, regardless of what it chooses to put in its terms.

Beyond that legal minimum, our liability to you under these terms is capped at the amount you paid for your place.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page if these terms change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Terms current when you booked are the ones that apply to your booking.
